Cr Virginia Tachos

Virginia has been involved in the Brimbank community by volunteering for the last 10 years. She started as a volunteer in local sports clubs then in tree planting and becoming a Brimbank Council Alumni and completing the leadership Victoria mentoring program through Brimbank Council. She have also served on two Business Association in Keilor and St Albans having worked locally.

Virginia served on Brimbank Council as Councillor for Horseshoe Bend Ward for 6 years 2016 - Current, and also served as Executive member of ALGWA (Australian Local Govt Womens Association) for 2 years. She would also like to play a significant role in helping the community to move from a survival mode to a thriving mode as part of the recovery phase from the pandemic.
