Committee Chair

Margaret Giudice

Margaret is the interim Chair. She was born in Brimbank and has raised her family here too. She has worked in the community for over 30 years. Her love of the community led her to run as a councillor for Brimbank City Council, and she was a councillor for over 13 years. She was Mayor in 2007 and 2017. 

She helped raise more than $70,000 during Mayoral Balls held while she was Mayor. She is currently the President of a sporting club and has been part of the Social Justice Committee, the Police Consultative Committee, Road Safe North Western, the Sydenham Park Master Plan Committee, the Brimbank Collective Action Committee, and various others. 

Margaret is also on the Melbourne Airport Consultative Committee and the VMC Regional Advisory Council.
