Neil Head

Neil Head has worked in several key career roles, including as a Local Government Chief City Planner, as a State Government Regional Director of Lands, Planning, Environment, as National Executive Officer for the Planning Institute of Australia, at Emergency Management Australia (EMA) for the Commonwealth Government and, most recently, as a Business Improvement Director with Comcare.

At EMA, Neil was a national/international technical expert in Tsunami, Pandemic and Disaster Resilience and Recovery.

Recently semi-retired, Neil is currently State Secretary for University of the Third Age Victoria, involved with seniors, and locally, is President of the Albion & Ardeer Community Club and Vice President of Kororoit Creek Neighbourhood House Association, with interests in local community, the disadvantaged and the environment.

Margaret Giudice 

Margaret was born in Brimbank and has raised her family here too. She has worked in the community for over 30 years. Her love of the community led her to run as a councillor for Brimbank City Council, and she was a councillor for over 13 years. She was Mayor in 2007 and 2017. 

She helped raise more than $70,000 during Mayoral Balls held while she was Mayor. She is currently the President of a sporting club and has been part of the Social Justice Committee, the Police Consultative Committee, Road Safe North Western, the Sydenham Park Master Plan Committee, the Brimbank Collective Action Committee, and various others.
